8/27/08 I’ve always enjoyed the arts – I like to do all sorts of crafts, drawing, painting, sewing, writing, etc. Luckily, I even have my own room in our house to work on these projects. Since I created this page to display my works, I got busy tonight and did a project! I’ve added it below. You can also enjoy my custom header and this little play based on a staff meeting.
10/9/08 The Lil’ Monster is actually made from a cat pattern by Amy Butler. This particular Lil’ Monster was made for a friend who will be having a little boy soon. Gift was given to her at her baby shower.
10/15/08 Birthday cards for the in-laws. Both have October birthdays. I used the “stained glass” technique demonstrated on splitcoaststampers.com.
11/3/08 Motivational posters featuring my kitties. These used to hang in my office and are now featured prominently in my living room.

11/24/08 A second Lil’ Monster given to a friend adopting a little girl from Russia. This pattern is very simple and can be made in just an hour or two if you have basic sewing skills. Link to the pattern is above on my first Lil’ Monster posting.
